Great location with access to local food and transport.
I encountered significant issues with check-in, which took far too long for a simple room assignment. After being placed in the wrong room, I faced challenges with the staff's response time and communication regarding my needs. Noise from outside my room was disturbing.

the location of the hotel was great - just a pleasant stroll away from causeway bay. plus, it was close to many restaurants and shops, tram station and walking distance to wanchai ferry station, and the markets.

There was hair&fingernails on the floor when we checked in&room smelt of smoke! Next day we kindly asked them to clean our room properly. We returned to the hotel that evening to find it still in the same state. I went to ask if we could change room& tell them i was not happy. They were fully booked& insisted they will clean room next day! Next day same story, I refused to pay the service charge after sleeping for 3 nights in a dirty room. Do not stay here, the staff are useless,the cleaners dont clean, building smells of smoke. This is closer to a 2star rather than 5 star!

Have a noisy in night time by hotel technician. My room is nearly a restaurant have a very noisy in the morning. Dirty room! Service is suck i get my luggage to my room by my self.

Staff services - no initiative receptionist area looks cluttered, unprofessional image. (I expected it from the web pictures). Breakfast room was a disapointment, no views, felt claustrophobic.

The room was super clean, showcasing a perfect blend of comfort and functionality with a microwave and refrigerator. I particularly appreciated having access to coffee throughout the day and the small but adequate fitness center!

The location is favourable and perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Causeway Bay. A special thanks to amiable staff. It has new-fashioned and functional rooms to offer with the comfortable bed, microwave and a high ceiling.

Solid stay with nice perks
Staying here was pretty good! We got a complimentary room upgrade, a nice surprise, and the laundry area was super handy with its 24/7 access. The location is great, right next to the MTR and so many eateries. Just wish breakfast had more options, it felt a bit plain.
